Stoves

Cooking for you and your family is a definitely wonderful experience.  It allows your creativity to turn on, you can come up with an awe-inspiring festival of flavours, images as the plates are served, and your family, and you start to enjoy the surprise that the plate hides in its flavours.

Nonetheless, there is a downside to cooking for your family and that is cleaning the stove.  Most of us when we decide to create special plates and other cuisine delights to end up thinking it twice or three times before plunging into the cooking experience because in the end we will have to deal with cleaning the splattered cooking oil all over the stove and the surrounding kitchen areas.

However, there is no need to invest in additional cleaning products or cooking appliances that will help you cook in an easier manner.  For example, when you are pan-frying food, simply put a kitchen napkin on top of the frying pan, which will trap all the oil that would otherwise land on the stovetop.

Once you have finished cooking, apply with a wet sponge (always use cleaning gloves so your hand skin will be protected) a small amount of stove cleaner diluted in water.  The water dilution will prevent the stove cleaner to dry out and be harder to clean off from the stove surface.  Let it sit for a minute or two and then clean the surface with a mild scrubbing, if you apply this procedure instead of letting the stove get very dirty before doing it, you will have less work on the kitchen, and you will be strong enough to venture in your high-cuisine plates more often.
